Update the system number of a part list item

Update the System field of a part list item as per the System field of the part list header. Before you update the System field of the part list item, ensure a system number is defined in the System field of the part list.

1. Navigate to the s21000 Part Lists screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Part Lists grid, select a row.

4. In the Part List Items grid, select a row.

5. On the s21000 menu, in the Options group, select Update System.

   For the selected item, in the Part List Items grid, the value in the System field is copied from the System field in the Part Lists grid.

6. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
