Common fields in the screen

Field

Description

SI

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Import Staging Areas grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field

Description

Code

The unique code of a staging area.

Description

The description of a staging area.

Import Folder

The location of the import folder related to a staging area. You can use the folder to monitor and load files.

Configuration Folder

The location of the configuration folder related to a staging area. You can save configuration files in the folder when you import files from the staging area.

Working Folder

The location of the working folder related to a staging area. You can use the folder to save temporary files that are created when an import file is loaded.

Status

Indicates the status of a staging area. When the Status checkbox is selected, the staging area is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

Check Interval (secs)

The time interval (in seconds) to check files in a staging area.

Search Pattern

The pattern you can use to search files in a staging area. For example, if the search pattern is *.*, to search for an xml file, you can enter *.xml.

Project

The project related to a staging area. You can assign only one project to a staging area. However, you can assign multiple staging areas to a project.

Enable error logging

Indicates errors are logged in the s22050 Data Import screen when a file is imported to a staging area.
