Create a construction area

A construction area is a location for a project. You can use a construction area to plan, schedule, and coordinate material deliveries with construction activities.

  1. Navigate to the s22013 Construction Areas screen.

  2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  4. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

    In the Construction Areas grid, a blank row is created.

  5. Select the General tab and enter the relevant details in the following fields:

    • Construction Area Code: The unique ID of a construction area.

    • Description: The description of the construction area.

  6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The construction area is created.
