View the details of an overissue material

A material is classified as overissue when:

• The material quantity picked from stock is more than the required quantity in a site Material Take-Off (MTO).

• The material is directly added to a Delivery Request List (DRL) without any reference to an MTO or a part list requirement.

View the details of an overissue material for any combination of project, subcontractor, and site.

1. Navigate to the s23004 Overissue Status screen.

2. In the Overissue Status control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

   In the Materials grid, a list of materials appear.

4. In the Materials grid, select a row.

   In the Overissue grid, in the General tab, view the details of the selected overissue material such as the overissue quantity, utilized quantity, adjustments made, and so on.

5. In the Overissue grid, select a row.

   In the Details grid, in the General tab, view additional details such as the transaction date, the origin of the overissue material, the adjustment comment, and so on.
