Create a revision of a package

Create a revision of a package. When you create a revision of a package, the documents related to the package are copied to the revision. Additionally, you can add documents to the revision of the package. Make sure the ID of a package is same for the new revision of the package.

Navigate to the s50051 Document and Attachment Package screen.

In the Concept control block, from the Concept dropdown, select a concept.

Based on the selected concept, from the Id dropdown, perform one of the following:

If the selected concept is TMR, select the required technical material requisition ID.

If the selected concept is RFQ, select the required request for quote ID.

If the selected concept is PO, select the required purchase order ID.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Packages grid, select a row.

On the s50051 menu, in the Package Options group, select Create new revision of package.
In the Packages grid, a row is created.

Select the General tab, in the Package Revision field, enter the revision number of the package.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
The revision of the package is created.
