View the details of a compiled design revision

In the s21026 Material Summaries screen, view the material summary created for the latest Material Take-Off (MTO) or part list revision. The material summary includes both approved and unapproved MTO or part list requirements.

1. Navigate to the s21027 Discipline MTO/Part List Revisions screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, perform the following:

   1. From the Discipline dropdown, select the ID of the required drawing discipline.

   2. From the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. On the s21027 menu, in the Actions group, select Goto Revision Details.

   The s21026 Material Summaries screen appears.

   In the Summaries grid, view the material summary created for the latest MTO or part list revision with the value in the Status field as Issued.
