Copy an ITR template to a project

Copy an Inspection Test Requirement (ITR) template from a source project to a target project. Before you copy an ITR template to a project, ensure the ITR template does not exist in the target project.

1. Navigate to the s52017 Standard ITR Templates screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the target project ID.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the ITR Template Header grid, select an ITR template you want to copy.

5. On the s52017 menu, in the Copy group, select Copy to Project.

   The d5205 ITR template to project dialog appears.

6. From the Target Project dropdown, select the ID of the target project.

7. (Optional) In the Options section, perform the following:

   1. To copy inactive ITR templates, select the Include Inactive ITR Template checkbox.

   2. To copy the ITR codes related to the ITR template, select the Include ITR Codes checkbox.

8. In the ITR Templates section, select one of the following:

   • All: All ITR templates defined for the source project are copied to the target project.

   • Selected: Only the selected ITR template is copied to the target project.

9. To validate the ITR template copy, select Test.

   A pop-up window displaying the test result appears.

10. Perform one of the following as required:

    • If the validation is successful, select Ok.

      The pop-up window closes.

    • If the validation is not successful, select Ok, and select the Details tab for more information. Perform the necessary actions and validate the schedule copy again.

11. Select Copy.

    The number of ITR templates and ITR codes that are copied, not copied, and included in the copy are listed in the Summary tab. For more information, see the Details tab.

    The selected ITR template is copied from the source project to the target project.

12. To close the d5205 ITR template to project dialog, select Exit.

13. (Optional) To modify the copied ITR template according to your requirements, perform the following:

    1. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the target project ID.

    2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

    3. In the ITR Template Header grid, select the ITR template copy, and modify according to your requirements.

    4. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
