Update a checking list that is created with the cycle count method.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, complete the following:

In the Checking List grid, in the General tab, in the Status field, ensure the value is INPROGRESS.

In the Checking List Items grid, In the General tab, ensure the value in the Counted holding field for all the items is empty.
To update a checking list with the cycle count method

Navigate to the s60019 Inventory Checking screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

On the s60019 menu, in the Create/Modify Checking List group, select Modify Lists.
A pop-up window appears.

Read the message and select Yes.
The d0049 Create Inventory Check List dialog appears. The method and the other selections used while creating the checking list are already selected.

In the Selected Locations sections, perform one of the following:

To add items from specific locations in the site, select Include Selected Locations Only, and perform the following:

Select Add Locations.
The d0048 Cycle Count Location Selection dialog appears.

From the Store dropdown, select the ID of the required storehouse.

From the Days Ahead dropdown, enter the number of days.
The value in the Days ahead field is the number of days after the current day when the locations for which counting is due are added. A value of 0 includes only locations due today or earlier, a positive value includes locations due within the specified number of days after the current day, and a negative value includes only locations within the specified number of days before the current day.
The values in the Store and Days Ahead fields affects the value in the Locations field. You can only add a location if the value in the Locations field is greater than zero.

(Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required.

Select Add Locations.
In the d0049 Create Inventory Check List dialog, in the Selected Locations section, in the grid, the selected locations are added.

To add item from all the locations in the site, select Include All Storehouse Locations.
For the selected site, all the locations are selected.

(Optional) To check the number of items in the checking list, select Test.
You can only create a checking list, if in the Test Results section, in the Storehouse Locations and the Checking List Lines fields, the value is greater than zero.

Select Modify List.
In the Checking List grid, in the General tab, the value in the Check List Date is updated to the present day date.
The checking list is updated.
