Validate an MR

Validate a Material Requisition (MR) for errors such as the Material Take-Off (MTO) items are not linked to the MR, the project component without an MTO is not linked to the MR through the MR number field, the Technical Material Requisition (TMR) requires an update as the MR related to the TMR is updated, and so on.

1. Navigate to the s40001 Requisition Register screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the MR Numbers grid, select a row.

5. On the s40001 menu, in the MR Content group, select Validate MR Setup.

   The Job Started pop-up window appears. A job is triggered in the background to validate the selected MR.

   When Job Completed pop-up window appears, the validation is completed.
