Update a material instance

Update a material instance for a material holding. In the Material Holding grid, in the General tab, in the Material Holding field, ensure the value is more than 0.

1. Navigate to the s60045 Edit Material Details screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Material Holding grid, select a row.

4. In the Material Details grid, select a row.

5. On the s60045 menu, in the Material Details group, select Edit.

   The d0282 Edit Material Details dialog appears.

6. In the d0282 Edit Material Details dialog, select the General tab, in the Holding Quantity field, update the quantity of the material instance you want to update.

   Note: For a material instance, ensure the value in the Holding Quantity field is less than or equal to the value in the Material Holding field, in the General tab, in the Material Holding grid.

7. (Optional) In the Remark field, enter the comments for the changes made to the material instance.

8. Select Save and Exit.

   For the selected material holding, in the Material Details grid, the material instance is updated.
