Create a measurement scheme

The s00070 Measurement Schemes screen contains two predefined measurement schemes:

• Imperial: Indicates the measurement scheme follows the imperial system. For example, inches, ounces, miles, and so on.

• Metric: Indicates the measurement scheme follows the metric system. For example, centimeters, kilograms, kilometers, and so on.

To create a measurement scheme

1. Navigate to the s00070 Measurement Schemes screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Measurement Schemes grid, a blank row is created.

4. Select the General tab, in the Scheme Id field, enter the unique ID of a measurement scheme.

5. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s00070 Field descriptions.

6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The measurement scheme is created.
