Update the value list of a custom property

Update the value list of a custom property with a value list defined in the s00046 Custom Property Value List Setup screen.

1. Navigate to the s00034 Custom Property Definition screen.

2. In the Current Entity control block, from the Entity dropdown, select the ID of an entity.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. Select the Custom Property tab, in the CustomProperty grid, select a row.

5. On the s00034 menu, in the group, select Change Value List.

   The d0231 Change Value List dialog appears.

6. From the New Value List dropdown, select the ID of the required value list.

   In the New Value List field, ensure the value list of the custom property is the same as the value defined for the custom property in the Custom Value List grid, in the s00046 Custom Property Value List Setup screen.

7. Select Save.

8. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   A pop-up window appears.

9. Read the warning message and then select Yes.

   The value list of the custom property is updated.
