Update the status of a site

Update the status of a site to indicate whether the site is open or closed. When the Status checkbox related to a site is selected, the site is open and available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. When the Status checkbox related to a site is cleared, the site is closed.

By default, the Status checkbox related to a site is selected.

1. Navigate to the s00016 Sites screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Sites grid, select a row.

4. On the s00016 menu, in the Change Status group, perform any of the following:

   • To indicate that a site is open and available for use, select Status Open.

     In the General tab, the Status checkbox is selected.

   • To indicate that the site is closed, select Status Close.

     In the General tab, the Status checkbox is cleared.

5. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
