Create an inspection surveillance level

Create an inspection surveillance level to use throughout the life cycle of a purchase order. For example, you can create different inspection surveillance levels for a material to review inspection, witness inspection, perform inspection, and so on.

1. Navigate to the s52015 Inspection Surveillance Levels screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Inspection Surveillance Levels grid, a blank row is created.

4. Select the General tab and enter the relevant details in the following fields:

   • Id: The unique ID of an inspection surveillance level for material inspection.

   • Description: The description of the inspection surveillance level for material inspection.

5. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s52015 Field descriptions.

6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The inspection surveillance level is created.
