Add standard materials to a hull material DRL

Add predefined standard materials from the catalogue to a hull material Delivery Request List (DRL). You can add standard materials to a hull material DRL only if the status of the hull material DRL is DRL Not Completed.

1. Navigate to the s30003 Hull Material Delivery Request List screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Hull Material Delivery Request List grid, select a row.

4. On the s30003 menu, in the Add Positions group, from the From Catalogue dropdown, select Standard Materials.

   The d0001 Standard Material Multi Item Select dialog appears.

5. To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

   The standard materials in the Fully Validated status appear.

6. In the Standard Materials grid, select one or more materials, and then select the Enter key.

   The selected materials appear in the Selected Items grid.

7. In the Selected Items grid, in the Quantity field, enter the required quantity for each material.

8. Select Insert.

   The materials appear in the Hull Material Delivery Request List Item grid.

9. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s30003 Field descriptions.

10. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The standard materials are added to the hull material DRL.
