Common fields in the screen

Field	Description
SI	Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.
Action	The UI rights assigned to a role for a screen, as defined in the s00030 Roles screen.

Field	Description
Project	The ID of a project related to a screen.

Screens grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field	Description
Name	The name of a screen.
Description	The description of a screen.
Module	The name of a module related to a screen.
Performance Search Semantic	The search semantic for a screen as defined in the s00060 Screen Performance Options screen.
Soft Limit	The soft limit for the number of records allowed to load in a screen as defined in the s00060 Screen Performance Options screen.
Hard Limit	The hard limit for the number of records allowed to load in a screen as defined in the s00060 Screen Performance Options screen.

In the Layouts tab, in the Layouts grid, the following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field	Description
Priority	The priority number of a layout. If a role is assigned more than one layout, then the layout with the lowest priority number is selected first.
Name	The name of a layout.
Description	The description of a layout.
Owner	The user who last saved a layout.
Shared	Indicates a layout is shared between roles. For a layout, if rows are added to the Role Defaults or the Single Project Mode tab, then the Shared checkbox is automatically selected.
Default Role Exist	Indicates a layout is assigned as default for an exisiting role.
Default for new Roles	Indicates a layout is assigned as default for a new role.

The following table describes the fields in the Role Defaults tab.

Field	Description
Role	The ID of a role related to a layout.
SPM	Single Project Mode: Indicates a project specific layout is assigned to a role.

The following table describes the fields in the Single Project Mode tab.

Field	Description
Project	The ID of a project that uses a layout in the single project mode.
Role	The ID of a role related to the single project mode.

In the Role Access tab, the following table describes the fields in the Roles grid.

Field	Description
Role	The ID of a role that can access a screen.
Description	The description of a role that can access a screen.
Project	The ID of a project that is assigned to a role in the s00031 Role Assignments screen.

In the Role Access tab, the following table describes the fields in the Field Access grid.

Field	Description
Entity	The name of an entity related to a role.
Property Name	The custom property name of an entity related to a role.
Field Access	The role access related to an entity.
Type	The type of an entity.

In the Aux Views tab, the following table describes the fields in the Views grid.

Field	Description
Db View	Database view: The name of a view in the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management database.
Name	The name of a database view related to a screen.
Description	The description of a database view related to a screen.
Type	The type of a database view in a screen from which data is loaded.
S	Indicates the status of a database view. If the S checkbox is selected, the database view is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

In the Aux Views tab, the following table describes the fields in the Fields grid.

Field	Description
Database Field	The name of a field in a database view related to a screen.
Database Type	The type of a database field related to a screen.
Field Type	The type of data when a database is loaded in .NET schema.
Name	The name of a field in a database view related to a screen.
Description	The description of a field in a database view related to a screen.
S	Indicates the status of a field. If the S checkbox is selected, the field is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

The following table describes the fields in the User Access tab.

Field	Description
User	The ID of a user related to a screen.
Name	The name of a user related to a screen.
Project Id	The ID of a project related to a user group assigned to a user.
UserGroupActions	The UI rights assigned to a user related to a user group for a screen, as defined in the s00030 Roles screen.
