Update a material special group concept

Update the code and description of a material special group concept. The updates do not affect the functionality of the material special group concept in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. The s20009 Material Special Group Concepts screen contains eight predefined material special group concepts:

• DOOR: Dataset with information related to doors.

• EL: Dataset with information related to elbow fittings.

• EQUIP: Dataset with information related to equipments.

• INS: Dataset with information related to instruments.

• INT: Dataset with information related to interior materials.

• PIPE: Dataset with information related to pipes.

• UG: Dataset with additional information defined by a user.

• VALVE: Dataset with information related to valves.

You cannot add or delete a material special group concept.

1. Navigate to the s20009 Material Special Group Concepts screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Material Special Group Concepts grid, select a row.

4. Select the General tab and update the relevant details in the following fields:

   • Grp Concept: The unique code of a material special group concept.

   • Description: The description of the material special group concept.

5. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
