The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Approval Concept |
The ID of an approval concept related to an approval. An approval concept is an entity for which you can create an approval workflow. For example, if you consider a Purchase Order as an approval concept, you can set up a distinct workflow specifically for the approval of purchase orders. |

Workflow Approval Engine |
The ID of a workflow approval engine related to an approval. |
|
Reference Id |
The ID of an entity for which an approval workflow is created. For example, if the value in the Approval Concept field is Purchase Order, then the value in the Reference Id field is the ID of the purchase order as defined in the s50018 Purchase Order screen. |

Reference Version |
The version number of the entity in the Reference Id field. |

Status |
The status of an approval. |
|
Requester |
The ID of a user who requested an approval. |
|
Start |
The date and time when an approval process started. |
|
End |
The date and time when an approval process ended. |
