Define qualifications for a contact

Use the qualifications defined for a contact to search for a suitable inspector or an inspection agency for material inspection through the inspector search feature in the s52004 Inspector Activity, s52006 Inspection Visits, and s52007 Inspection Visits Items screens.

1. Navigate to the s50013 Contacts screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Contacts grid, select a row.

4. Select the Qualifications tab.

5. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the grid, a blank row is created.

6. From the Qualification dropdown, select the ID of the required qualification.

7. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The qualification is defined for the contact.
