Allocate an inspection visit to an inspection request

Before you allocate an inspection visit to an inspection request, ensure the required expedite items are allocated to the inspection visit in the s52006 Inspection Visits screen. For more information, see Allocate an item to an inspection visit from s52006.

1. Navigate to the s52018 Inspection Request screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the project related to an inspection request.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Inspection Request grid, select a row.

5. On the s52018 menu, in the Options group, select Allocate Inspection Visit.

   The d5203 Select Inspection Visit dialog appears.

6. In the Inspection Visit grid, select one or more rows.

   In the Visit Items tab, view the inspection visit items related to the selected inspection visit.

7. Select Select Visit.

   In the Expedite Items/Visits grid, in the Inspection Visits tab, the selected inspection visits appear.

8. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The selected inspection visit and the related expedite items are allocated to the inspection request.
