Picking |
The rule to handle an item in an Material Non-Conformance (MNC). The values are:

Certificate Required |
Indicates you have to register a certificate document as received when an item is received in stock or to a warehouse. |

Certificate Id |
The ID of the certificate registered against a received item in a material instance. |
|
Charge Id |
The charge ID registered on any certificate selected in the Certificate Id field. Charge ID is applicable for suppliers of steel items. |

Supplier Batch Id |
The batch number of a supplier registered on any certificate selected in the Certificate Id field. |
|
Shelf Life Required |
Indicates you have to register shelf life details (expiry date) of an item in a material instance during the material receipt process. |

Expiry Date |
The expiry date of a received item in a material instance. |
|
Reserved Quantity On Location |
The quantity of an item received at a site, storehouse, or location related to a material instance. |

Reserved Quantity On Store |
The quantity of an item reserved at a storehouse related to a material instance. |
