Update an action status code

Update the ID and description of an action status code. The updates do not affect the functionality of the action status code in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.
The predefined action status codes are:

Open: The action is created for a work item.

Cancelled: The action is cancelled and no further activity is required for a work item.

Final: The action is completed for a work item.
You cannot add or delete an action status code.

Navigate to the s61010 Action Status Codes screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Action Status Codes grid, select a row.

Select the General tab and update the relevant details in the following fields:

Id: The unique ID of an action status code.

Description: The description of the action status code.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
The action status code is updated.
