Initiate the counting of a checking list

Initiate the counting of a checking list. You cannot undo the Initiate Counting workflow action after it is performed. For a checking list, in the Checking List grid, in the General tab, in the Status field, ensure the value is PLANNED. After the counting is completed, to finish the checking list, see Finish a checking list.

1. Navigate to the s60019 Inventory Checking screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the s60019 menu, in the Create/Modify Checking List group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Initiate Counting.

   A pop-up window appears.

4. Read the message and select Ok.

   In the Checking List grid, in the General tab, the value in the Status field is updated to INPROGRESS.

   For the selected checking list, in the Checking List Items grid, a list of items related to the checking list appear.

   The counting for the selected checking list is initiated.
