Update the activity of an ABoM header and ABoM item

Update the Activity and the Correction Time fields of an Advance Bill of Materials (ABoM) header and an ABoM item as defined in the Activity and the Correction Time fields in the ABOM Default Values control block. Before you begin, in the ABOM Default Values control block, in the Activity and the Correction Time fields, ensure values are defined.

1. Navigate to the s21002 Advance Bill of Materials - ABoM screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Advance Bill of Materials grid, select a row.

5. In the Advance Bill Of Material Items grid, select a row.

6. On the s21002 menu, in the Options group, select Update Activity.

   For the selected ABoM header, in the Advance Bill of Materials grid, the value in the the Activity and the Correction Time fields are copied from the Activity and the Correction Time fields in the ABOM Default Values control block, respectively.

   For the selected ABoM item, in the Advance Bill Of Material Items grid, the value in the the Activity and the Correction Time fields are copied from the Activity and the Correction Time fields in the ABOM Default Values control block, respectively.

7. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
