Create a top-up MR

Create a copy of a Material Requisition (MR) with the MR filter included in the copy.

  1. Navigate to the s40001 Requisition Register screen.

  2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  4. In the MR Numbers grid, select a row.

  5. On the s40001 menu, in the MR Setup group, select Create Top-up MR.

    In the MR Numbers grid, a copy of the selected MR is created.

    In the MR copy, in the General tab, the Created to top up field is updated with the ID of the source MR number.

  6. In the General tab, in the MR Number field, enter the unique ID of the MR.

  7. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s40001 Field descriptions.

  8. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
