Sort records in the data grid

Sort the records in the data grid alphabetically, in ascending order, or in descending order.

1. Navigate to the required screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

   In the data grid, records appear.

3. Select the required column.

4. To sort the column in descending order select the icon. Similarly, to sort the data in ascending order, select the icon.

5. (Optional) To refresh the screen and clear the sorting in the data grid, select the F5 key.
