Understanding security

Before the PubSub Engine forwards a publication to a subscriber, it must verify that the subscriber meets the security requirements for the publication. If the subscriber meets the requirements, the publication is forwarded. Otherwise, the subscriber is sent a "no more publishers" message for the topic.
