Understanding Setpoint Ramping

When Controllers activate the Setpoint Ramping application, the system disables default setpoint functionality. Controllers must then configure the various application parameters. For further information, refer to the RealTime Controller documentation.

Failovers and Mode Switches

If a system failover occurs when a Setpoint Ramping operation is in progress, the operation resumes where it left off once the partner computer becomes Hot. In the event of a mode switch, however, the application cancels all Setpoint Ramping operations in progress.
