The text_load command is used to restore the RealTime database.
The command loads RealTime from the files created from a previous text_save command. The list files (*.1) contain text versions of the tables in RealTime. Text_load is executed from a command prompt on a computer where RealTime is installed.
Note: RealTime service must be shut down and in a FAILED state in order for text_load to run safely.
Syntax
text_load
or
text_load [-t <directory>]
Where -t <directory> specifies the location of the files to be loaded.
Note: The text_load command is normally executed when restoring RealTime. Only those with a thorough understanding of the system should use this utility. The indiscriminate use of text_load can have serious consequences.
