Follow this procedure to save either a new or pending verification record to the CRM database.
Before you begin
Complete the steps in Enter the results of Point to Point Verification.
To save verification information to the database

On the Point Verification Control dialog box for an unverified record, select Verify.
The system a) dismisses the Point Verification Control dialog box and b) saves the record to the CRM database. Any existing verification records for the point are maintained alongside the new record. The next time that you access the Point Verification Control dialog box for this point, the dialog box appears with the submitted data in read-only format.
