Close MultiLogViewer tabs

The tabs for any individual log that is open in MultiLogViewer can be selected and then closed with the Close Tabs icon. When a tab is closed, its messages are also removed from the MergePage tab. When MergePage is selected, the Close Tabs icon is non-functional. There is no reason to close this view.
