Compressor curve set assignment/reassignment

Operations personnel can assign or reassign a curve set to a compressor.

Note: Any operating point history collected when the current curve set was not in use is deemed invalid. You cannot plot operating point data that spans a time range in which two different curve sets were assigned to a compressor. Similarly, if you try to plot data from a time period when the current curve set was not in use, no data will be plotted.
