The fields on the General tab of the View-Only Properties dialog box are described in the table below to help you configure them.

Description

Name

The preconfigured name for the View Only configuration. This name is created in the View Only Configuration Creation Wizard.

Description

Enter a description for the view-only setting in this field. You can also edit the description in this box, if one had been created with the View Only Configuration Creation Wizard.
