Reply to a message

Follow this procedure to reply to a message appearing on the Controller Messaging dialog box.

To reply to a message

1. On the Controller Messaging dialog box, select either the row header or anywhere in the row of the message to which you want to reply.

   The topic and body of the message appear in the Message section.

   

2. Select Reply.

   The topic of the message appears in the New Message section, preceded by the text "Re:".

   

3. In the available field within the New Message section, enter your reply to the message.

   

4. Select Submit.

   The reply to the message appears below the original message in the tabular section of the Controller Messaging dialog box.
