Extend and modify the database structure

Projects commonly need to add fields or tables to the RealTime database (RTDB) to meet business-specific requirements. One way of achieving this is to create .json files that describe the structure of the required fields and tables, which are then saved into the appropriate sub-folder. After a project creates and saves these files to the correct location, the application SchemaConverter (formerly known as ConvertDB) retrieves them and performs the required operations that allow the RTDB to support them.
