AVEVA Measurement Advisor Values Translation

During an American Gas Association (AGA) Calculation Parameter download (AGA download for short), Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) expect certain values from AVEVA Measurement Advisor. Aga_convert_item_grp and aga_convert_item records help to translate the (primarily enumerated) values that the system reads from AVEVA Measurement Advisor into values in a format the device can interpret. When configuring an AGA download, you can associate these aga_convert_item_grp records with the RTUs.
