The Main tab of the Application Calculation Engine (ACE) Configuration (aceconfig) Row Edit table is used to set up the execution of the record.

Open ACE Code Editor |
Opens the ACE Code Editor dialog box. Refer to the ACE Code Editor document for more information. |

Code |
The name of the ACE code (acecode) that is associated with the point. |
|
Output Point |
A database point to which the result of an ACE function is written. This field can be blank. Additionally, the system checks for command-restricting tags (for example, No Program tags) when issuing a command (for example, Fnput) from within ACE code. |

Group |
A group is assigned to all points that are closely related. |
|
Dataset |
This is the dataset that is associated with the ACE Configuration (aceconfig) record. |
|
Base Message |
This field contains the message record, which holds the appropriate messages for the record being configured. |

Update Fresh |
Select the checkbox to compute the output point’s fresh state based on the fresh state of the input parameters. This allows for automatic update of the fresh state of the output point. |

Enable Run |
Select the checkbox to enable execution of this record. Clear this checkbox to disable the aceconfig record. |
