GetTaggingVersion returns the tagging version in effect (that is, Existing tagging or Flexible tagging). The Business Logic Tier (BLT) will read the USE_FLEXIBLE_TAGGING key value from %DNADataRoot%\RealTime\config\Settings\RealTime.json to obtain this information.
