Edit the CommStats database

This section explains how to add or edit a record in the CommStats database.
Editing a record will create an event request capturing the audit trail in the DataModSummary event table. Event requests will be processed every 5 minutes, except for the first 10 minutes from the top of the hour (by default) to avoid deadlock scenarios. As a result, edits to the CommStats database may take up to 5 minutes or until the top of the hour has passed to be visible in the easy eXtended Operator Station (ezXOS) event summary.
