For distributed systems, doas_privilege is used to establish the operating permissions that are related to a doas_dataset for a system under an active doas_mode.

This flag is used by ezXOS to determine whether or not a table can be modified through the ADE. If the flag is set, access to the table is denied.

This field indicates whether or not the records that are using this dataset should enable statistical processing.

Alarm

This field indicates whether or not the records that are using the dataset should ignore alarms, silently update alarm summaries, or enable full alarm support.

  • Flash - allows flashing and persistent alarms to be generated.

  • Store - allows only persistent alarms to be generated.

  • Ignore - does not allow any alarms to be generated.

Collect Override

This flag is used by Collect software to determine whether or not the collect data belonging to the related dataset is gathered and stored locally. This should be set to OFF where Historical data replication (via either Datapump or MS Replication software) is configured for the system. Refer to the Historical Administrator documentation.
