RealTime Extended Markup Language (XML) Utility

Use the RealTime Extended Markup Language (XML) Utility to export and import RealTime database (RTDB) data in XML format. The utility exports data to, and imports data from, one of the following directories:

• %DNAInstallRoot%\RealTime\database\schema (baseline schema)

• %DNADataRoot%\RealTime\database\schema (custom schema)

When exporting data, the utility does not place a generated file in the ...\RealTime\database\schema directory if a file with the same name already exists in the directory. For example, if the utility generates a file named analog.t.xml, and a file with the same name already exists, the original file remains in place. The utility does not rename the new file analog.t(2).xml and place it alongside the original file.
