Show the connected systems in the Advanced Database Editor (ADE)

Follow the procedure below to show the system that the Advanced Database Editor (ADE) is connected to on any Table Edit or Row Edit dialog box.

To show the connected systems in ADE

1. On the main ADE form's menu (ADE tree view) select Tools > User Options.

   The ADE User Options dialog box appears.

   

   

2. Ensure that the Show Connected Systems checkbox is selected.

3. To deactivate this feature, clear the Show Connected Systems checkbox.

   When the Show Connected Systems checkbox is selected, any Table Edit or Row Edit dialog box will show the system that it is connected to. The system information is in the following format: DAL Config folder:DAL Alias; for example: PDCTST\control_room:Realtime.
