Add fields to the form

Fields (columns) are added to the form by adding a Field element to the form. The format of the Field element is as follows:

Notes: If the Field elements are added after the DataSetTable element (refer to DataSetTable element attributes), the Advanced Database Editor (ADE) will show the Field elements at the top of the form, independent of any tabs on the form.
