Poll Time Exceeded Alarm

This application generates an alarm and logs an event when remotes exceed a configured maximum poll time as configured by an Administrator.

When all of the following conditions are true, AVEVA Enterprise SCADA generates an alarm and logs an event indicating that the poll timeout value has been exceeded:

• The remote has a normal communication status.

• Poll timeout is enabled.

• Poll delta time (dltime.high) exceeds the poll timeout value.

The message on both the Alarm Summary window and the Operational Activities Summary windows appears as follows:

Remote: Delta of krunch time <PollDeltaTimeValue> exceeds the poll timeout <PollTimeoutValue>
