In the tabular format, output is listed in columns, one row per record, with the field names as headers. Use dbll tabular to list the contents of a RealTime database (RTDB) table in tabular format within a file.
Syntax
dbll tabular <tempate_file> <list_file> <output_file>
Example
dbll tabular analog.t * analog.tab
To specify the record number to be used, the first column must have a header of POINT. Whether modifying or creating records, omitting the POINT column results in the unique key (typically the name field) being used as a locator. Ensure that the key for the record is one of the columns in the table. The remaining headers must all be single words denoting the field names of the table. Structure items may be included; for example, flag.alminh is a valid format for a column header. Column titles must be followed by a line of dashes to indicate the width of the field. The fields must be separated by one or more spaces. The width of each field is either the field width as defined in the table, or the number of characters needed to print the field name, whichever is greater. An example is shown below.
