Follow this procedure to open the Remote Floating Hourly window.

To view hourly remote communication statistics

  1. From the Navigation Menu, open the Model Select dialog box (refer to the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA HMI Controller documentation).

  2. On the Model Select dialog box, select FLOAT_HOURLY_REMOTE.

Note: The above procedure is the default method for accessing the window. Typically, the appropriate personnel would either configure such windows to appear at Login or design a more practical access method.

The Remote Floating Hourly window opens.

  3. In the Remote field, select the name of a connection's remote.

  4. In the Connection field, select the name of the connection used to communicate with the remote.

Note: Only connections associated with the remote appearing in the Remote field are available for selection. If a remote has an active connection, the name of that connection appears in the Connection field after you select a remote.

  5. Select Search.

The Remote Floating Hourly window updates with a rolling window of the last 60 minutes of communication statistics for the remote/connection pair.

Note: The last row of displayed data reads "Total" in place of a date/time, with each cell in that row providing a summation of all numbers in the column.
