Open a global display layout

Follow this procedure to open a display layout made globally available by a different Controller.

To open a global display layout

  1. Open the Display Room Layouts dialog box.

  2. Select Show Global Layouts.

  3. In the <User Name> field, select the name of the Controller whose globally available display layout you want to open.

    The Display Layouts section updates with the names of both your locally saved display layouts and the selected Controller's globally available display layouts.

  4. Do one of the following:

    • In the Layout Name field, enter the name of a globally available display layout, and select Restore.

    • In the Display Layouts section, select the row header for a globally available display layout.

    • In the Display Layouts section, first select anywhere in the row of a globally available display layout, and then select Restore.
