Retire a message

Follow this procedure to retire a message currently appearing on the Controller Messaging dialog box. Retiring a message also retires all replies to that message.

To retire a message

  1. On the Controller Messaging dialog box, select either the row header or anywhere in the row of the message you want to retire.

  2. Select Retire.

  3. When prompted, select Yes.

  4. When prompted, select OK.

    The message and any associated replies are removed from the Controller Messaging dialog box.
