The DNAChangeset command line tool allows a user to be associated with a changeset.
To assign a changeset to a user
-
On the desktop, double-click the Windows PowerShell for DNA shortcut.
Windows PowerShell for DNA opens.
-
Execute the following commands:
set-silo RealTime
dnachangeset assign --type <type> --changeset <changeset id> --user <username>
Where:
-
--type <type> is mandatory for each command and describes a valid changeset type (for example, --type display).
Note: A combination of changesets can be packaged together in the same package file. Currently, only RealTime database (RTDB) (realtime) and display type changesets are supported by the dnachangeset tool.
-
--changeset <changeset id> is the identification number of the changeset to which a user will be assigned (for example, an input of 3 would assign the user to changeset 3).
-
--user <username> is the valid Windows username assigned to the individual/group responsible for the changeset (for example, --user dnaSCADAAdmin).
