No KeyTable entries

If there are no entries in the Key Tables, it may be because the xosapp..DPStatusValsDS table is not correct. This could be because doas_dataset or DPDatasetInterest tables have not been properly populated.

To solve this problem

  • Verify that xosapp..doas_dataset contains all required datasets. This table is refreshed whenever a change is done in the corresponding RealTime database (RTDB) table and also during RealTime startup. Datasets can be manually added to this table; however, manual entry is not recommended unless absolutely necessary.

For example, insert into xosapp..doas_dataset (dsName, dsTag) VALUES (‘GLOBAL_DATASET’, 1)

  • Verify that xosapp..DPDatasetInterest contains all required entries when a system does not have a doas_privilege for a dataset but needs to have data replicated to it.

For information about manual population of this table, refer to Configure the installdp1Config4_DOAS SQL file.

  • Any change in DPDatasetInterest or doas_dataset table will trigger a refresh of the DPStatusValsDS table. If both doas_dataset and DPDatasetInterest have correct entries, you can use “DPUtil -U -S <source service>” to manually resynchronize the DPStatusValsDS table.
